Wat is EMS Spierstimulatie?
EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) gebruikt elektrische pulsen om diepe, krachtige spiercontracties op te wekken — veel sterker dan je zelf kunt bereiken tijdens normale training.
Bij Rosemari Beauty werken we met een professionele, krachtige EMS-machine.
We gebruiken 1 of 2 handstukken, afhankelijk van het gebied en jouw doel:
→ Buik – core, taille, diepe buikspieren
→ Billen – lifting, shaping, spieropbouw
Waarom een kuur van 8 sessies?
EMS werkt het beste wanneer je het herhaald en progressief doet.
De opbouw ziet er meestal zo uit:
• Sessie 1–2 → spieren “worden wakker”, het lichaam past zich aan
• Sessie 3–5 → duidelijk meer spanning, betere contractie
